Cancellations
Cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee.
Parking
We ask that each guest only take one parking spot in front of the Barn. Additional parking is available in front of the Glass Conservatory if needed.
Check-in & Check-out
**Notice***
Your Millstone Barn Stay is 100% Self Check-in/out. The Millstone Barn Is Just behind the Main House around the backside of the Circle.
Leave no Trace Instructions and Trash Can location:
Guests are responsible to leave the room clean and free of damage.
Place all wash clothes, hand towels, towels on bathroom floor
Bed linens: leave on beds. Cleaning staff will strip the linens.
Place all trash in the outside bins at the end of your stay and as needed throughout your
stay, bins are located behind the red roof shed next to Millstone Barn.
Patio Door Locking Instructions:
To Lock, you must move handle in upward position first. This engages the upper and lower security
deadbolt which must be engaged prior to being able to lock handle deadbolt.
Parties
Parties are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking
Please only smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided.
Quiet Hours
Please be quiet between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Orlesa Farms. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Orlesa Farms does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.
We sometimes use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the site to measure effectiveness and safety. A “cookie” is a small file that gets placed on your hard drive that helps us provide our services. You are free to decline cookies if you choose too.
Security
At Orlesa Farms, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Orlesa Farms may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
